PETITION FOR FORFEITURE
The object of this suit is to seek an Order forfeiting the herein described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act, Chapter 60A, Article 7, Section 701 through 707, et. seq., as amended.
To: Any claimant of a right or
interest in said property
You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before the 5th day of June, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said claimant. The property sought to be seized and subject of this suit is described as follows: TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHTY-THREE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($24,083.00) IN U.S. CURRENCY, AND ASSORTED DRUG CONTRABAND.
The law enforcement agency responsible for this Petition for Forfeiture is the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
The seizure was made on December 18, 2025 during a search of the residence located at 736 Lorton Lick Road, Bluefield, West Virginia 24701.
That the above listed Respondent property was in the possession of Christopher Michael Wilson and Chenoa Harrison.
That after the date for filing of said claims, an Order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property to the State and vesting ownership of said property shall be sought.
If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an Order, upon proper herein, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
