AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Saint-Gobain Ceramics Plastics, Inc. dba Corhart Refractories has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification of the existing permit emission limits associated with Sintering Kiln K-35to increase the emission levels based on new potential emission information. The facility is located at 87 Corhart Road, Buckhannon, WV 26201. The latitude and longitude coordinates of the affected emission point are 38.999378 degrees North, 80.244444 degrees West. The applicant estimates the potential to increase discharges from Kiln-35, resulting in the following annual emissions: VOC 3.08 tons per year compared to the current limit of 2.75 tons per year Total Chromium 0.075 tons per year compared to the current limit of 0.0005 tons per year Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
