AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Monarch Cloud Campus WV, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a 45 CSR 14 Construction Permit for a data center and power generation microgrid facility located off of Ohio River Road (WV-62), in Point Pleasant, in Mason County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: latitude 38.92611, longitude -82.10666. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Nitrogen Oxides, 506.01 tons per year; Carbon Monoxide, 1,043.73 tons per year; Volatile Organic Compounds, 900.08 tons per year; Total Particulate Matter, 52.63 tons per year; Particulate Matter less than 10 microns, 46.69 tons per year; Particulate Matter less than 2.5 microns, 38.85 tons per year; Sulfur Dioxide, 47.79 tons per year; Total Hazardous Air Pollutants, 619.76 tons per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about January 1, 2027.
