The Mercer County Board of Education requests proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation for the maintenance and repair of the HVAC, boilers, and chillers at facilities owned by MCBOE. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the MCBOE Maintenance Department, 376 Maple Acres Road, Princeton, WV 24739. A current WV contractor's license and certificate of insurance are required. Other requirements are detailed in the proposal package, and copies of the proposal will be distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting only. Bids will be opened and read aloud May 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Conference Room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740.
