It is ordered that Jacob Nester, Mason Conner, Makaylah do serve upon Melissa Pride-Linger, magistrate, whose address is 200 Jackson St/City County Complex Bldg, Fairmont, WV 26554, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before JUNE 8, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jacob Nester, Mason Conner, Makaylah Wolfe at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
