The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that TA’NYA PARK and KIEVIONTAI SAUNDERS have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of A.P., whose date of birth is December 26, 2025. It is ORDERED that TA’NYA PARK and KIEVONTAI SAUNDERS are to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 14th day of May, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of TA’NYA PARK, biological mother of infant A.P., whose date of birth is December 26, 2025 and KIEVIONTAI SAUNDERS, biological father of infant A.P., whose date of birth is December 26, 2025., may be terminated.
