BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLANDS, VIRGINIA
NOTICE is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building for the Town of Richlands ("Town") located at 200 Washington Square, Richlands, Virginia 24641, the Town Council of the Town of Richlands will hold a PUBLIC HEARING, pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-1427 to provide the citizens of the Town an opportunity to be heard with respect to the Town's amendment to existing ordinances which will regulate the rate and amount charged for electricity, water, sewer, garbage collection.
A copy of the aforementioned proposed Ordinances are available for review and inspection during normal business hours at the Town of Richlands Municipal Building, as referenced hereinabove.
