Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of June, 2026 at 11:00 o'clock A.M., or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard, Shyanne Bell will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner's child or ward's name from Ryder Matthew Criner to Ryder Matthew Bell at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
