ORDER OF PUBLICATION
Pursuant to Rule 4(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, the Family Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia, upon review of the record, hereby enters an Order of Publication for service of the Petition against the Petitioner, Candy C. Foley. An advertisement shall be published in qualified newspapers, the Gazette and the Dominion Post, by running a legal advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.
Pursuant to Rule 4(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, the Family Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia, upon review of the record, hereby enters an Order of Publication for service of the Petition against the Petitioner, Candy C. Foley. An advertisement shall be published in qualified newspapers, the Gazette and the Dominion Post, by running a legal advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.
The Order of Publication shall state that the object of the above civil action is as follows:
This action is to petition for modification of a parenting plan by the Respondent, James L. Foley, Jr., against the Petitioner, Candy C. Foley.
Further, the Order of Publication shall state that it is ordered that the Petitioner, Candy C. Foley, is to serve upon the Circuit Clerk of Monongalia County, West Virginia, located at the Monongalia County Courthouse, 75 High Street, #12, Morgantown, WV 26505, an Answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication; otherwise, that judgment by default will be rendered against the Petitioner, Candy C. Foley.
Finally, the Order of Publication shall state that the Petitioner, Candy C. Foley, can obtain a copy of the Petition from the Monongalia County Circuit Clerk located at the aforementioned address.
