NAME CHANGE OF: Mary Elizabeth Borgan to Ryan Alexander Borgan
Please take notice that on the 24th day of June, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., in Monongalia County, West Virginia before Judge Scott, Mary Elizabeth Borgan will apply to said Circuit Court for permission to legally change his/her name as such.
Any person having any objection(s) to said change of name shall appear at time, place and date aforesaid and make his/her objectin(s) known.
