AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Arsenal Resources, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-E General Permit Modification for a natural gas production operation located on 3460 Green Valley Rd, Bridgeport in Harrison County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.24576 and -80.18706. The applicant estimates decreased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants to be: Particulate Matter (PM/PM10/PM2.5) = -1.48 tpy Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) = -0.01 tpy Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = -0.55 tpy Carbon Monoxide (CO) = -1.07 tpy Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) = -1.27 tpy Total HAPs = -0.25 tpy Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance.
