NOTICE TO BIDDERS
MENTAL HEALTH
SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Ohio County Board of Education is inviting qualified mental health therapy providers to submit a proposal to offer mental health therapy services in K-12 schools. Qualified organizations must have the capacity to provide all included services. RFPs will be received by the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11:00a.m . at which time and place all RFPs will be publicly opened. RFPs should be mailed to that address to the attention of Mr. Rick Jones, Assistant Superintendent. Please mark the front of the envelope as “RFP – Mental Health Services”.

The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract to other than the low bidder, accept any or all alternates, waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
