NOTICE OF HEARING
The City of Wheeling hereby gives notice that a hearing will be held on May 27, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Wheeling Municipal Court located in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, relevant to properties located at the following addresses with their last known owner of the property being:

Marie O’Connor

Drema Bontempo
110 S. Penn St
Mescalero Management Group LLC C/O Charles Manley
The object of this proceeding is to obtain an order granting the City of Wheeling the right to raze said properties. The City of Wheeling has filed Complaints alleging that the above-described properties are in violation of the 2018 ICC Property Maintenance Code, Article 1 – Section 107 i.e. Article 1771 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Wheeling and is alleging that said property owners have failed to remedy said violations. Said property owners and any persons of interest may obtain a copy of the Complaint from the Wheeling Municipal Court Clerk, Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.
The owners and any persons of interest are also directed to appear in the Wheeling Municipal Courtroom located at 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia on May 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. for trial if he or she objects or makes other defenses to the Complaint.
The object of the publication by Class 1 legal advertisement is to notify Defendants of the Hearing scheduled for May 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. This Order may affect property and other rights of the Respondents. The Respondents are strongly encouraged to obtain a copy of this Order and Petition from the Municipal Court Clerk of the City of Wheeling,
