NOTICE OF PETITION TO
QUIET CLOUD ON TITLE
COMES NOW your Petitioner, Domingo T. Chua and Linda L. Chua, by counsel, R. Mike Mullens, and pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 55-13-1, to petition this Honorable Court for a declaratory judgment or decree quieting cloud on title and for its petition would state as follows:
That Lewis Green acquired real estate, being Lot 2 of Lizzie T. Ervin Addition to the City of Elkins, Randolph County, West Virginia from Jesse L. Baxter and D. W. Baxter by deed dated April 25, 1924 and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 171, at page 9.
That Lewis Green died on July 29, 1934, pursuant to his death certificate, of record in the aforementioned Clerk’s office in Death Record Book 5, at page 73.
That there was no listing of the heirs of Lewis Green, thus creating a cloud on title.
This notice will require all heirs of Lewis Green/Greene serve upon R. Mike Mullens, the Petitioners attorney, whose address is 324 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days from April 29, 2026, to protect any interest they may have.
A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Randolph County. Signed this 22, day of April, 2026.
