NOTICE
Town of Pine Grove
Notice is hereby given that
the Town Council of the
Town of Pine Grove, a
municipal corporation, has
approved for further
consideration a proposed
ordinance, the principal
object of which is the
increase of water rates for
customers of the water
system operated by the
Town of Pine Grove. The
title of such ordinance is
“An Ordinance Setting
Forth The Rates, Fees
and Charges for Service
to Customers of the Water
System of the Town of
Pine Grove”. The
Ordinance will be read
and considered for final
adoption at a Town
Council meeting and
public hearing to be held
on May 13, 2026 at 7:00
pm at Town Hall, 992
North Fork Road, Pine
Grove, WV 26419. The
Ordinance proposes that
increased rates go into
effect for service rendered
45 after adoption.
Members of the public
may appear and make
statements regarding the
proposed ordinance.
