Sanders, and running thence with said Secondary Route 12/2, S. 67º 37′ E. 90.97 feet to a point; thence S. 60º E. 303.38 feet to another point in said road, corner to lands of Brady J. and Bertie E. Moore; thence with said Moore line, S. 24º 37′ W. 298.85 feet to a point; thence N. 63º 21′ W. 349.21 feet to a point in line of Arthur D. and Betty J.
