It is ordered that James Wilson do serve upon Keith Compton, magistrate, whose address is 120 Scott Street, Suite 103, Princeton, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 27th, 2026 at 9:30 am, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against James Wilson at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
