Public Notice Sealed bids will be received by the Gallipolis City School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Stadium Improvements Project. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Gallipolis City School District Board of Education, ATTN: Craig Wright, Superintendent, 61 State Street, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631, and plainly marked on the outside “STADIUM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BID.” Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time June 2, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Gallipolis City School District Board of Education office located at 61 State Street, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gallia Academy Wellness Center located at 2923 Centenary Road, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
