It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Bryan Alexis Chicas Lopez, by and through counsel, Samuel J. Kainz has used due diligence to locate and serve Sandra Mariela Lopez and Victor Daniel Chicas Vasquez, but has been unsuccessful. Therefore, Sandra Mariela Lopez and Victor Daniel Chicas Vasquez shall serve upon Petitioner’s attorney, Samuel J. Kainz, 5743 Bartlett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, an Answer, or other defense she may have to the Petition on or before, May 29, 2026.
A hearing occurring before the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, Judge Michael D. Lorensen shall take place on June 1, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. You may appear at such time to protect your interests.
