THE OBJECT OF THIS PUBLICATION IS TO ASCERTAIN ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, TO GRANT THE PLAINTIFF AUTHORITY TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
To The Above Named And Unknown Defendants:
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that there may be Unknown Heirs of the Linda Kay Dunn Estate that the Plaintiffs have not identified, despite using due diligence to attempt locating such person(s). Therefore, all Unknown Heirs shall serve upon Jeffrey L. Arnett, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 711 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, WV 26505, an Answer, including proof of heirship, any related counterclaim or defense that they may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 7, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter, upon proper hearing and trial, the Court may rule that the Known Heirs are the only legal heirs of Linda Kay Dunn and grant the relief requested in the Complaint to Albert William Titus, II, Gerald M. Titus, Jr.
Timothy Lee Titus, Thomas William Titus, Daniel Titus and Allison Deboer.
A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the UNDERSIGNED Clerk at her office.
