NOTICE
TO ANY CLAIMANT OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED WITHIN THE PETITION:
You have he right to file an Answer to the Petition setting forth your right to possession of the property within thirty days from the service hereof. If you fail to file an Answer, a Final Order forfeiting the property to the State will be entered, and such Order is not subject to appeal.
FURTHER NOTICE
TO ANY OTHER CLAIMANT OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED WITHIN THE PETITION::
Any other person having a putative claim to the above-referenced property shall clearly state his or her identity and an address where legal process can be served upon him or her. Any such person shall refer to the specific Petition to determine a description of the seized property, the agency responsible for the seizure, the time and place of.the seizure, the identity of the person in possession of the property at the time of seizure. The State has requested an Order directing forfeiture of the property to the State, investing ownership of the property in the State.
These Notices are in compliance with West Virginia Code §60A-7-705(b) and (c).

ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled action is forfeiture. It appearing by a petition filed in the above-styled action that the property seized and the subject of this suit is Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($7,900.00) in U.S. Currency, one (1) Walther .380 handgun (SIN AA081507) with magazine, one (1) Browning handgun (SIN destroyed or unknown) with magazine, one (1) HK91 Type Copy semi-auto .308 Winchester (SIN 255), one (1) Marlin 25 .22 LR (SIN 20739443) with magazine, one (1) Bull Dog 12 gauge shotgun (SIN 12BD21-21255) with magazine, one (1) Remington 740 30.06 (SIN 33710), one (1) Winchester Model 12 shotgun (SIN 820348), one (1) Remington 12 gauge shotgun (SIN 109181), one (1) Remington Model 30 Express 30.06 (SIN 11425), and one (I) Smith & Wesson Airweight .38 Special revolver (SIN 0713215), one (I) ballistic vest plate carrier, four (4) Apple iPhones, one (1) electronic money county, and various ammunition. The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department and Mon Metro Drug Task Force are responsible for the seizure from 160 Chancery Row, Morgantown, WV and the white Ford F-150 bearing WV registration PH9983, from Kevin Monroe Miller II.
It is ORDERED that any claimant shall serve upon the State of West Virginia, J. Brandon Benchoff, Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is Monongalia County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 75 High Street, Suite 11, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer or other defense to the petition filed in the above-styled action within thirty days of the date of service of the petition or within thirty days of the publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the property at any time thereafter. A copy of the petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
