AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that MarkWest Liberty Midstream & Resources L.L.C. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for three replacement emergency generator sets in the event of loss of commercial power at the Majorsville Gas Plant and administrative corrections. The Majorsville Gas Plant is located at Route 15, Calis Majorsville Road, near Majorsville, in Marshall County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: N 39.9636 W 80.5206.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx)
0.21 tons/yr

Carbon Monoxide (CO)
0.05 tons/yr

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)
0.01 tons/yr

Particulate Matter (PM)
0.02 tons/yr

Sulfur Dioxide (SO2)
0.01 tons/yr

Total HAPs
0.001 tons/yr

Startup of replacement generator sets will be completed in Winter/Spring 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
