Walk-In Freezer/Cooler
Montcalm Elementary
The Mercer County Board of Education invites bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation to install a new walk-in freezer/cooler combo at Montcalm Elementary School. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Montcalm Elementary School, 838 Rock Road, Rock, WV 24747. Other requirements are detailed in the bid package. Bids will be opened and read aloud on June 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. conference room of Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposal responses.
