NOTICE
NOTICE OF DEMOLITION: DEBORAH CORDER is hereby given that the structure(s) located at 119 Main St., Elkins, WV 26241, has been found to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and/or detrimental to the public safety or welfare as defined by WV Code 8-12-16 and the State Building Code. Pursuant to WV Code 8-12-16, the Elkins Building Inspector and/or its agents intend to enter the subject property on May 22, 2026, for the purpose of demolition. Anyone with an ownership interest or legal right to control disposition of the subject property has a right to apply to the circuit court for a temporary injunction or other similar relief restraining demolition before May 22, 2026, or otherwise state their intent to take corrective action with respect to the subject property, addressed in writing to: Building Inspector 401 Davis Ave., Elkins, WV 26241. If there is no response by the owner in the time specified in this notice, the Building Inspector shall proceed with demolition of the subject dwelling on May 22, 2026.
