Public Notice

Pursuant to West Virginia Code 18-5-4, it requires county boards to publish a notice of the budget hearing as a Class I legal advertisement at least 10 days prior to the budget hearing. The Marion County Board of Education will hold a public hearing of the proposed budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027 at its Monday, May 18th board meeting at 5:00 PM. The proposed budget will be made available for public inspection in the business office (1516 Mary Lou Retton Dr., Fairmont, WV) during normal business hours.
