Davisson Run Rd., Clarksburg, in Harrison County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.27944, -80.41333. The applicant estimates the increase potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOx: 0.01 tpy CO: 0.01 tpy VOC: +6.81 tpy PM2.5: 0.01 tpy PM10: 0.01 tpy SO2: 0.01 tpy Total HAPs: +3.97 tpy Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance.
