Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of May, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Amy M. Denson will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge D. Andrew McMunn, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing her child’s name from Samuel Patrick Denson to Samuel John Denson, at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
