Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Davis Medical Center, a non-profit corporation, will hold its meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 12:00pm in the boardroom at Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia. Pursuant to the said statue, such a meeting is open to the public.
