Invitation to Bid Campus Safety Mapping Services
Sealed bids for campus safety mapping on the West Liberty University’s campus will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr., West Liberty, WV 26074 until 10:00 AM on June 3, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time. Please send all bids to:

There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this bid. Questions regarding this RFP are due by 3:00 PM on May 26, 2026. Any questions concerning the items listed in the bid document will be answered by the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly and will be accepted by email to

westliberty.edu
or faxed to 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other West Liberty University personnel regarding this bid.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
