PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, made in a cause therein pending, CC-19-2024-C-72, a receivership under the Uniform Commercial Receivership Act, codified at W. Va. 55-21-1 et. seq, has been created subjecting all of the assets of Homes To Go LLC and certain other assets held by Hoang Phuon Tran, Gregory Hall and/or Trung Thanh Nguyen to the said Receivership, the same being deemed Receivership Property. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: the undersigned, Abraham M. Ashton, has been appointed as the Court-Appointed Receiver and is, among other things, charged with collecting, controlling, managing, conserving, and protecting Receivership Property. Pursuant to W. Va. Code 55-21-11 mandates that “a person that has possession, custody, or control of receivership property shall turn the property over to the receiver.” PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: Pursuant to W. Va. Code 55-21-5, the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, has exclusive jurisdiction to direct the Receiver and determine any controversy related to the Receivership or the Receivership Property and all such orders have statewide effect.
