Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of June, 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard, Jacob Douglas Lancaster will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner's name from Jacob Douglas Lancaster to Jacob Douglas Efaw at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
