BID ADVERTISEMENT BOPARC Jack Roberts Park Playground Upgrades
BOPARC is accepting sealed bids for playground upgrades at Jack Roberts Park including removal of the existing playground, site preparation/drainage, and installation of BOPARC purchased equipment including new fall zone. A Mandatory Site visit will be held on Thursday, May 21st at 11am at Jack Roberts Park (Madigan Ave, Morgantown, WV). Bids are due and should be delivered in person, Monday, June 8th to the Marilla Center Conference Room (799 East Brockway Ave., Morgantown). All bids will be opened immediately thereafter. Bid packets are available at https://www.boparc.org/current-bid-opportunities.html. Note that perspective bidders must have a WV ContractorÂ’s License, a City of Morgantown business license and must provide at least 2 examples of similar, successfully completed projects. Other certifications and license requirements may apply and will be noted in the bid packet. BOPARC reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
