ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR EXEMPTIONâ OF THE
CODIFIED ORDINANCES
OF BLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA
The Bland County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the courtroom of the Bland County Courthouse, 612 Main St., Bland, Virginia, to consider AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 50-76 âELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR EXEMPTIONâ OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF BLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA. This ordinance would authorize increasing the maximum thresholds for the County's Age and Disability Tax Credits for gross combined income from $30,000 to $35,000 & the total combined financial worth from $80,000 to $85,000.
A copy of the full text of the ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the Office of the County Administrator at 612 Main St., Suite 201, Bland, Virginia.
