(DOB: 04/04/2026), and was able to identify the putative biological father, Charles Collins, for the minor child, G.S. (DOB: 04/04/2026). However, any person purporting to have parental rights to the above-named child is hereby notified that a hearing is scheduled for June 29, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. before the Honorable Michael D. Simms at the Monongalia County Courthouse, located at 75 High Street 3rd Floor, Morgantown, WV 26505. You may appear at that time and defend any such rights if you choose to do so and that if you choose not to participate in the proceedings, your absence may affect your parental and custodial rights to the child.
