The Monongalia County Board of Education is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance services for fire extinguishers and kitchen hood fire suppression systems at various school facilities. All services shall comply with all applicable local, state, and national codes and standards, including NFPA standards. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and required documentation. Vendors shall be properly licensed and certified to perform these services in the State of West Virginia, including a valid West Virginia Business License and West Virginia Secretary of State registration. Bid documents may be requested by email at [email protected]. Sealed bids must be mailed or hand delivered. Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., local prevailing time on June 10, 2026, at the Administrative Office of Monongalia County Schools, 1751 Earl L. Core Road, Morgantown, WV 26505. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
