It appearing that the whereabouts of Donnie Lee Adkins, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant child, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Donnie Lee Adkins, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, to contact the Raleigh County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Attention: Dominick Cangemi, Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, 112 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801, in writing by the end of business on May 29, 2026 to object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the child may be granted to Amy Lilly, James Stewart, or other appropriate person.
