LEGAL NOTICE TO: Wyatt Zaayer (d.o.b. 2/9/2005) and Jesse Barton, (d.o.b. 4/15/2001), of Wheeling, West Virginia:
Pursuant to an Order for Service by Publication dated 4/17/2026,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. Pursuant to 22 M.R.S. Section 4001, et seq., the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services filed a Petition for Child Protection and Petition for Termination of Parental Rights of the following child:
Azalea Camous, d.o.b. 10/15/2025
2. The biological parents of the children are:
Makyah Camous of Maine;
Jesse Barton of Wheeling, West Virginia;
Wyatt Zaayer of Wheeling, West Viriginia.
3. A hearing on this Petition for Child Protection and Petition for Termination of Parental Rights will be held at the Portland District Court, Portland, Maine, on July 7, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. for the parent(s) to appear and be heard.
