Adams (Tax Map 329 Parcel 19.2), Deed Book 972 Page 188) and Dale and Deborah Adams (Tax Map 329 Parcel 19.9, Deed Book 1082 Page 778), which bears S. 07º 35′ 00″ W., a distance of 188.00 feet from a t-post found on said westerly right of way line of Joy Drive and a corner of said Dale and Deborah Adams; thence, leaving said Dale and Deborah Adams and with said Joy Drive for two (2) lines, S. 07º 35′ 00″ W., a distance of 170.21 feet to a 3/4″ iron rebar set; thence, S. 72º 16′ 00″ W., a distance of 258.20 feet to a 3/4″ iron rebar set on the easterly right of way line of a 30 foot right of way; thence, leaving said Joy Drive and with said 30 foot right of way, N. 18º 18′ 30″ W., a distance of 150.00 feet to a 3/4″ iron rebar set; thence, leaving said 30 foot right of way and through the lands of said Homer D. and Joy L. Adams, N. 38º 11′ 07″ E., a distance of 196.97 feet to a 3/4″ iron rebar found at a corner common to said Dale and Deborah Adams; thence, with said Dale and Deborah Adams, S. 75º 34′ 09″ E., a distance of 200.06 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.44 acres, more or less, as shown on a plat entitled, “Plat of Survey for Homer D. and Joy L. Adams” dated April, 2004, prepared by Dwayne D. Matheny, PS No. 2070 of Thrasher Engineering. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have an address of: 91 Prosperity Dr, Bridgeport, WV 26330.
