The object of the above entitled action is for Jacob Daniel Tober to change his/her name to Callista Lillian Tirosa. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Jacob Daniel Tober to Callista Lillian Tirosa. A hearing shall be on the 27th of May, 2026, at 1:00 o’clock PM before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse.
