AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Arsenal Resources, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70 General Permit for a natural gas production operation located on Low Level Bridge, in Grafton, in Taylor County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.290845 and -80.069352. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants to be: Particulate Matter (PM/PM10/PM2.5) = 0.19 tpy Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) = 0.02 tpy Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = 4.64 tpy Carbon Monoxide (CO) = 2.13 tpy Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) = 2.54 tpy Total HAPs = 0.77 tpy Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance.
