ABANDONED VEHICLE NOTICE

Please be advised that you have 10 days from receipt of this notice to reclaim your vehicle and pay all towing, preservation and storage charges that have resulted from taking the following vehicle into custody or possession.

Failure of the owner or lien holder of record to exercise their right to reclaim the above motor vehicle within 10 days shall be deemed a waiver of all right, title and interest and will serve as consent to the sale or disposal of the abandoned or junked motor vehicle at a public auction or to a licensed salvage yard or demolisher.
