It is ordered that Ray Ocheltree do service upon Magistrate Clerk, whose address is 380 West South Street #3100, Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer or other defense to the complaint on or before June 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. otherwise judgment by default will be against Ray Ocheltree at any time thereafter.
