Marion County Schools is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors to replace the digital scoreboards with LED videoboard at East-West Stadium, 10 Virginia Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554 and Woodcutters Stadium (North Marion High School), 1 N Marion Drive, Farmington, WV 26571. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at East-West Stadium, and will follow directly afterwards to Woodcutter Stadium. Bids can be received at the Marion County Board of Education Central Office, 1516 Mary Lou Retton Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554 until 12:00p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
