The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony. To the Above name Respondent, Joseph Michael Touvell:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Joseph Michael Touvell is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Joseph Michael Touvell serve upon Jo Lynne Nugent, Esq., Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 41-15th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Notice of Intent to Proceed to Divorce and Notice of Hearing filed in this action, and attend the final hearing scheduled on June 2, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
