The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Tygart Valley River of the Monongahela River and is located near ELKINS in LEADSVILLE District of Randolph County, Longitude 79 54 31 and Latitude 38 55 37 (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

Comments received by July 3, 2026, or thirty (30) days from the date of initial date of publication, will be considered.
