The West Run Planning District Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following request on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in person or via conference call at number 646-568-7788 and Meeting ID 869 5515 2912. CASE VAR 001-2026: A variance request to:
1) reduce the total parking requirements by 16% (from 46 to 38);
for the property legally described as Morgan Tax Map 3 parcels 28.1,
28.2, 28.4, and 29. The applicant is proposing to install 2 buildings
with 25 units total units on 1.36 acres. Reduction request based on
provision of bus stop.
