The object of the above entitled action is A Civil Complaint. Harry Mitchell/Wapaha Inc. Put a roof on a house 12-11-2024. Plaintiff paid $11,008 with a 2 year warranty, and now he does not want to repair. Plaintiff is asking for $11,088 plus all court cost.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant.
It is ordered that Harry Mitchell & Wapaha, Inc. do serve upon Susan Honaker, magistrate, whose address is 120 Scott Street, Suite 103, Princeton, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 24, 2026 at 2:45 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Harry Mitchell & Wapaha, Inc. at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
