for Bids
The City of Wheeling Water Department is requesting bids for Water Service retirements by dry vac excavation.
Sealed bids will be received in the City Manager’s office, Room 302, City County Building 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 until 2 pm on June 16th, 2026 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
