You will take notice that JAY-BEE ROYALTY, LLC,
the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No.
2024-C-000126, located in MCELROY District, 1/567
MIN 639 AC BIG R CIVIL ACTION 11 C-40 which
was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of
LUTHER AMBER DAY, and was sold by the deputy
commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands
of TYLER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes
on May 28, 2025. JAY-BEE ROYALTY, LLC requests
that you be notified a deed for such real estate will
be made on or after August 1, 2026, as provided by law,
unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before July 31,
2026 will be as follows:
