the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No.

MINERALS 30 1/8 AC LEASE which was returned
delinquent or nonentered in the name of STEFFENS
DONNA, and was sold by the deputy commissioner
of delinquent and nonentered lands of TYLER County at
the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 28, 2025. JAY-BEE ROYALTY, LLC requests that you be notified
a deed for such real estate will be made on or after
August 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that
day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed
